19 yr old business in Louisville, Ky
I'm 19 years old and have been running my business for a few years now. I have an Exmark walk-behind, Stihl trimmer, Stihl blower, and custom trailer with trimmer rack and storage box. I currently have 15 residential accounts and had more but I sold them all last year because I didn't think I would be doing this again but the money is good and I love my job. I'm curious as to any advice you can give on expanding to more accounts. I'd like to get to the point where I have to start hiring workers but didn't know when I should start to do that and how much I should pay them. Any advice or encouragement you can give would be great as I am looking to expand.
Thanks |
