I wouldn't bother. It sounds like they got this one under conyrol. I'm confused, the blades spin even with the PTO disengaged??? Sounds like an easy fix.

Well. Bad decision for me. I am now stuck with a piece of crap. Turns out, after giving it a tune up, the motor leaks oil. Needs new gasket. That sucks. Learned my lesson. Gotta pretty much sell it for parts now even though it still runs.

Sorry to here that.
I have a 14.5 hp kawi with ohv.
You can have for 200.00 with tune up.
Or 150.00 without tune up.
Or just part it out on here or ebay.
That's what I do with some mowers I come across.'
But pretty easy to swap motors if you stay with kawi.
