Pond Building

I have being watching this forum for some time and like learning as much as possible about ponds and water features and my search for learning I found another web site and found some pictures of pond building I will share.

The person that built that pond would be referred to as 'Koi Kichi'. Such a person will, without regard to expense, put in the most complicated system for maintaining 'pristine?' water conditions for a fish that is at its happiest rooting around in the mud at the outflow of a sewage treatment facility.

Here's one that looks more like a variation of a Celtic Knot.

OMG that is crazy! I prefer the muck ponds as the Koi do as well.

Yea. The guys over on the Irrigation Forum in the "Hacks and Pikers" thread just think that they have a monopoly on 'Creative Plumbing".

Anybody want to venture a guess as to which of those connections is gonna spring a leak?
My guess is; not the ones on the outside.

That pond building brings a new definition to the phrase. I suppose it is the physical plant for the building. Or perhaps this is a monument to man's fantasy of beating the #@&@#&@# out of nature.

I don't build ponds or know anything about them. But what is the point of that cluster ?
