Yes, it will have problems, but the problems it will have, if low mileage are simple fixes, not like the engine or tranny going out. Like the starter goin or master brake cylinder ( happened on mine..) etc, smaller stuff like that where you can go to advance and get the part and fix yourself in a few hours. Besides, your 17 so this is when you learn how to build and work on cars so it would be perfect.

I think it's worth about half of their asking price but good look convincing him. I'd move on.
