Nice valve farm - the 3 on the right are Nelson. System also featured a Fimco pump-start relay, and a Rainbird ST-something-or-other indoor controller mounted in an Orbit outdoor enclosure, complete with plug-in transformer.

The PVC coming out of that pump is going to make a pretty balloon one day.

No photo..

But someone installed the point of connection for the irrigation system off the ' Drain Blow out' for the indoor fire sprinkler system. Then they disconnected the flow sensor wires so the fire department doesn't come rushing out

I told the HO about it and he says ' oh well'

How do they get constant pressure from a 'Drain Blow out'?

An isolation valve .
There is a shut off prior to this otherwise it wouldn't be able to drain
