Adapters for balancing blades

Somewhere on the forum I read a comment by Gerd that adapters were available for balancing certain types of blades. There are a lot of blades that have only two holes for mounting the blade and no center hole for balancing. What is the process for balancing the two hole blades? If, in fact, adapters are needed and available, where on the Magna-Matic site can I find them listed. I've used the search feature with no results. Can you enlighten me regarding this matter?
