that stinks for certain.....why did you go with a new one.....around here a radiator shop would have replaced the rubber gaskets for cheap compaired to the new ones......was it just leaking around the seals...like the flanges needed squeezed?.....glad you got it fixed before it cost you the engine......nice walker stripes. i envy northern grasses

Everybody I asked said that it needed to be replaced, and that it was Un-Fixable.

I just want the thing to be problem free.....So I guess I figured I'd rather be safe than sorry!

I still have to -

Paint some more
Install more lights
Put on reflector tape
Install more lights
Make trimmer and blower rack
Install more lights
Make underbody boxes
Install more lights
Put in the Radio
Install more lights
Fix AC
Install more lights
I may chop the rampgate in half...not sure yet.
Install second lift spring

I think it needs some more lights, why don't you run uo to the truck stop and get some more LED's for it.

Mainly because my wife does not think it needs any more!

Shhhhh...don't tell her but.......

I do think some cab lights, a couple amber driving lights and maybe a few marker lights under the doors are what I'd do next.

Well...I've been using the truck for 6 or 7 weeks now. First tank was about 11mpg. Second tank was 11.7mpg.

The 55gal tank will last about 3 weeks. Not too shabby.

Also, I have been driving it just as it looks in these pics. Need to "finish" a few things, but I'm just happy to be using it!
