Not much to share without knowing your budget.

How many thousands can you afford to spend?

All ponds have evaporation.

Is your water source reliable all year?

Any regulations? In some towns, you need a fence around ponds of a certain depth.

It's too bad he doesn't come to this forum anymore M.D. I've seen your work and don't know of anyone that could steer him towards a more beautiful looking pond than you. Your ponds look more natural than the ones I've seen out in nature.

And boy... I'll tell you... we are itching like crazy for our home to sell here in the Applegate Valley of southern Oregon, so we can get our next in-town home in a west suburb of Portland. Partly because we plan to build ourselves a really nice water feature. We held-back here, knowing we'd move back.
