Had a guy that wanted his lawn done on Fridays ONLY...I said fine...May we had a record rainfall and there was only 8 days that it didn't rain and they weren't on Friday lol. Told him at the beginning of the year I DON'T cut when it's raining PERIOD. He just couldn't figure out why the grass wasn't done. I cut all of his neighbours on Saturdays or on Thursdays. I gave him his final bill with "Customer cancelled contract due to month long rain, unreasonable expectations and scheduling inflexibility"
