Appreciate it Scott, hopefully I'll score the whole thing next year too! They have a grass cutter already so it'd be nice to get the lawn and do the maintenance work also.

I wish I had, that's a pretty large mulch job... probably close to 20 yards but she already had a landscaper, I just cut the grass!
