Contract on Job

I recently Estimated 2 jobs. My customers accepted the Estimate. Now I want to write a contract with them and get a 20% up front. Can anybody show me an example of a contect that they would use in this situation. The job is Stone and Sod.

Thank You

Kurt

Why only 20% up front? I always ask for 50%.
