Yes. Also, I would recommend comparing trailers from small manufacturers to the Pace & Wells Cargo trailers. This way you can see the things the smaller companies often do to save money.

Wells Cargo is top of the line...you get what you pay for, but Cargo mate is in the middle..not junk, but not nearly well built as Wells or Pace
