mine has the same problem get new fuel lines, check the gasket and clean the carb inside the carb there are little discs, sometimes if droped these can come loose just put them in there right place also check the diaphrams, if hard not pliable then they need to be replaced as well

I put in a new fuel filter,plug,air filter ,took out the spark arrestor ,new carburetor too and my WW still ran like crap.I gave up and let the dealer look at it.He replaced the cracked air intake(I didn't see that)now it runs like new.
