Toro 48in Hydro walkbehind

Hi there, I am looking into purchasing a walk-behind 48in hydro and am looking for info as far as ease of maintenance like belt adjustments,durability,and also things like speed and quality of cut. How much more productive is this machine over a beltdrive? How is the Turbo Force deck? Also how does the Toro compare to other brands like Scag etc.
