Toro grandstand

Having trouble with missing, backfires and loose power under a load.
Mower is not doing it all the time, have a good day and then the next day, can hardly finish the work, following day good for a few yards! Mower have 300 hours, 19h/p kawa, 36" it is a 2009.
Dealer can not help, because the mover is not doing that when i take it in .........!

i had this happen and it was only the battery cable. check them to make sure they are tight, threw me for a loop.

Good answer. I had this problem on my Exmark Vantage, it was shorting on the battery cover box touching the terminals occasionally.

sounds like it could need need the fuel filter changed

May also have to do with shorts in the safety switches. Had a similar problem with my exmark TTHP. Replaced the safety switches, and problem solved.
