Fall Leaves

What do you guys charge for leaf removal? lets say its a grass account and you use your mower and bag the leaves. Do you charge extra for that or..? Thanks for the input..

We keep up with it by using the mowers pretty much free of charge until they all fall at once and then we start doing the "cleanups". Most of my clients have few enough leaves that we can get to it just by mowing or spending an extra hour on it while were out mowing and charge them and $35 to $50 for the extra time. Keep in mind that we don't mulch into the grass it's all bagged and taken to the dumpsters. The people who have 4 or 5 hour clean up jobs get charged by the hour.

The short version of that is that it depends on the customer so "wing it"

We charge per mowing... In order to keep the leaf/needle debris doable we have mowed and bagged every 5 days in order to do it right...

We may do extra for the increased volume, but customer satisfaction is our primary concern... We charge enough to cover all contigencies... an extra hour for N/C is not a problem for solo-operators...
