Jaret, the conference is 2/9-2/12 of 2012. The itinerary will be coming soon. You can book your hotel at this time only. If you want info on sponsorship or expo that will be forth coming. If you haven't joined, that would be the first thing to do. You do not need to be a member to attend the conference but costs are less for members on all levels. will keep you posted
