Charge for Aeration and Overseeding

Can you all share some rules of Thumb for Aeration and Overseeding Charges?

We normally do three times cost of mowing for aeration. Then add seed, fert, and labor for spreading materials.

It will depend on what you are doing it for... but it can be done just as quickly as mowing if you're just running through to say it's done... overseeding is time and materials generally...

So what is your advice on how to do it. I've basically run a bluebird aerator over the yard. The purpose is to provide access for air, water, etc, but also for more success during overseeding/Fall compost cover/Compost tea app. Any helpful thoughts you have are appreciated.

On the subject of billing, I have been charging $60 for run of the mill suburban yards. The overseeding has generally been around $40 for the same space. Just wondering if I'm in the general ball park.

What do you do for overseeding? charge $40 to run around with a broadcast spreader? or do you use a bluebird seeder?
