Nice work the double cut really makes a difference on those stripes,i think they pop so much i see some in the aerial view, lol.. does double cutting add alot of time on some of your large properties like this.. do you double cut the whole 9 or just some of the main sections

Thanks man, we usually only double cut the front field and some of the other areas right out front where the residents see, We don't double cut the back fields

Isn't $75 really cheap? Seems like that complex would take a while to complete. How long does it take your crew and is it a 2 man crew?

hot diggity im still getting paid in trident layers gum.

seriously though without actually walking the property i would try and guesstimate that the mowing for that place if you were to break it down would be atleast 375/cut, but its commercial so im sure they just have you give them a price per month or year and it includes everything. am I anywhere near close on that one.
