Is Titan LTD a scam?
I realize that company's can say anything about their products. The studies dont appear to make Titan Ltd look so good. Is there anybody out there who swears by this Titan LTD fescue? I live in Atlanta and need a good heat tolerant fescue. I had alot of die out this year and am ready for a change.

Trying to grow fescue in Atlanta is a losing battle. I would go with zoysia, but you can use this data to make your own decision.

agreed to losing battle but...
I want nice green grass in the winter not yellow dormant grass. Dont want to overseed with rye that kind of defeats the purpose. Is there a fescue blend that works in Atlanta?
