Just starting to offer snow services -help!

This month I secured a new large contract that includes snow removal services. I finally purchased a snow plow - a Meyer. What information to I need to have on hand to effectively price the jobs? In Central Virginia, we sometimes get 0 snow; sometimes 2-3 good storms. I here that $250 a "push" is the going rate. What does a "push" actually mean? $250 per hour or $250 for doing the whole parking lot? What about sidewalks, do you price those separately by the man hour? Does it make sense to use a snow blower rather than manual labor? How do you price the chemicals? Do you price the chemicals into the "push" or is it billed separately? I know it's lots of questions - I had to offer the service to secure the agreement and since I have the plow, I want to utilize it and make a profit from it. I will be using a F250 4X4 to plow.
