Glad you knew that, you'd be amazed how many don't.

My policy lists anything over 1K seperately.

The purpose of insurance is to insure you against unexpected losses. YOU need to decide how much of your loss you are willing to risk. It appears Kelly has chosen to minimize his losses - thus he is willing to pay a price for that - its like the old Kenny Rogers tune the Gambler!!
