Had a catholic school that was set up like that only no BF protection at all. Tore it all out , installed pvb ( with ball valves and test cocks facing out) outside and put valves in a vb .

I saw one similar, but what made it special is that the POC is a commercial frostproof sillcock, only with the sillcock guts (stem and such) removed and replaced with a pipe nipple.

That makes me think that a sig with a booze/imbibement list would make a lot more sense than an equipment list in this forum.

it failed the test , thats why its taped. That was the repair.
