new cleanups $0.25 per leaf for vac?

I passed someone vacuuming leaves with almost that exact unit......hey we ve all been there at one point--if not with the leaf loader some piece of equipment.

i couldnt resist.....it was for sale for $500 on craigslist. when i started i mounted my 16hp vac to the tongue of my 5x10 trailer and had to shovel them out with a pitch fork. what was the point? it took longer to empty it then it did to do the cleanup.

I have had decent results with the $.25 a leaf pricing theory, My truck can hold 1,456,567 leaves if they are dry so I gross about $364,141 per load.

$0.37 each. They're smaller than leaves, but they weigh more, so you can carry less. Hence the upcharge...

Had this old woman who calls me every year to clean up her leaves. Every year she whines about me being to expensive, she's on fixed income yada yada. She called a couple of weeks bin asking what I would charge and I told her a nickel a leaf. That was met with a click and a dialtone. Hopefully that ended that annual ritual
