Tree Planting Q's...
My cousin wants to plant 2 weeping willows (wants me to plant them for him).
Is there a "bad" time to do this? We're in the foothills of the NC Blue Ridge Mtns.. Also, he's interested in some sort of evergreen trees (not leylands) to act as a buffer between his and his neighbor's houses. Any suggestions? Also...any bad time to plant them? Thanks, sincerely....
