The building is 60x40. It fits everything that I wana keep out of the rain. Plus with the 3 acres I can always add another building.

Really . I didnt think the building was that large. Shades of green , I think that his company name , used to live in the house on the corner that is for sale he moved down the road to a waterfront that has a shop on it. What happened to the guy that was in the location you are in ?

The guy that had the shop before me worked with a bank to do a short sale b/c he was downsizing. It was the company named Water Works. He didnt need the shop or land.
