Think I had 14 new blow outs this season with now drain before the backflow. Four of the customers would not pay to have one installed.

I say NO, but I'll wait for the vageniouses from out of state and N. FL to kick in for clarification since they know everything about Palm Beach County and local code (hint, city water & cross connect to shallow well).
