Some questions!

So im planning everything out for next year and have a couple questions.

1. How often do you cut customers lawns once a week or every 2
?

2.Should I offer a discount if I cut once a week?

3. What do you find more effective flyers or door hangers?

4.What is your biggest regret about landscaping?

Im only 19 trying to make a quality business just need some help!
This forum is great and full of info !!
-Thanks for your help!!

That was exactly the advice I was going to give.

I've never mowed on a weekly schedule. Always mowed-as-it-growed.
Which in the bluegrass belt is about every 5 days in the spring.
It helps with the problem of everybody wanting mowed on friday.

1. However many times they want me to. I let the customer decide. It's their lawn.

2. No, cause they will probably cut back to bi weekly and want the same price. Then you'll get on here complaining about it like everyone else does come July and August.

3. Neither. They both are annoying.

4. Not farming out accounts to illegals sooner.
