Slapper, I've seen 2 or 3 that had warped isoblocks same as you did. Have seen 3 or 4 pieces that the isoblock was cracked, but the evidence didn't show up until the unit was hot, then would not restart.

The stuff I've been working on would never be taken to a repair shop. If I can't fix it then it becomes parts or scrap. Some of the isoblocks were so loose that they had grooves in them from the cylinder. Its hard to imagine that they could run that long with an air leak that bad. Posted via Mobile Device |
