Bobcat brand Tree Spade issues

Does anybody out there run any of the new model (orange) bobcat tree spades? I own one and am having issues with the blade gap, so when i dig alot of times there will be large roots that dont get cut causing me to have to rip the tree out of the ground or retract and rotate the machine.
