compost tea vs. dry biopacks

What beneficial ingredients would be in compost tea that are not in products such as PHC Biopack, Turfvigor, or Lesco Promax, etc?

Compost Tea is basically the microbes that live in healthy soils and recycle nutrients from lawn debris... Not sure that they are 'ingredients' per se...

What's in the other stuff you mentioned?
