I'd love some suggestions and opinions on what to do with this. This is my house, a couple months ago I ripped out the above ground pool that was there for 18 years and scrapped it. I'd like to replace it with some form of landscape, I'm thinking a water feature of some sort. You can see the edge of the garden where it drops off, that will be held back with a retaining wall of some kind, maybe armor stone, maybe some kinda of versalok type brick. The base of the pool is all sand though, and water does seem to collect there as you can see. What would you do? The cost is relevant, labor is free. And I think I might be able to dig up some nice sized rocks myself around our property.

Maybe a pond of some kind with a fountain ? But fountains can be expensive.

I'm not sure I like fountains except in larger ponds. I think I'd like so kind of a waterfall though. Standing water can often turn murky and algae forms, and then a filter and all sorts of plumbing become complicated. Although I could do something like that if it was necessary.

It was muddy and he just couldn't get the drive. From the YouTube clip I saw (haven't had time to watch the tv broadcast yet) he was the only one that couldn't triple it that lap (you gotta remember this was right after the start so there's 20 bikes and your 3-4 wide going off every jump, little room for error)and deff paid the price. Yeah that's his spine I believe. He had surgery today and it went well, he is in the ICU and might be able to go hone this wknd.

I found a couple randoms I thought I'd post. The 08 S185. And the Grizzly before some plowing last winter when we actually had some snow
Also we've had some nicer weather and when I saw these pictures of the lake behind my house it made me think of the nice days out there fishing. Then I found some of these. Anyone into fishing? And I heard an explosion a few months ago and walked to the road to see this car. The guy lit it up and took off, it exploded a few times (the gas, and the tires). Funny thing was it like 1:00 in the afternoon, not sure if they found the suspect or not.

My buddies and I do a fair amount of ice fishing (not this year) but we have a 7x11' house with bunks 4 holes and a wood stove, pergo floors, looks like a fully complete house inside and out. My buddys gf's family has a couple 8x20s they keep on mille lacs, we were up there for a night a couple weeks ago, caught a ton of bottle bass
