Bidding Tips
I STARTED MY BUSINESS 2 YRS. AGO. I RUN A 44" TORO WALK BEHIND. ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS ARE RESIDENTIAL. IM WANTING TO BID ON COMMERCIAL PROPERTY BUT I DONT HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO DO IT OR WHERE TO START. I JUST NEED SOME TIPS.
AND SECONDLY IM LOOKING AT THE 20HP 42" WALKER. I NEED SOME ROUND ABOUT PRICES ON ONE |

Start by calling the property manager of the properties you are interested in. Most commercial accounts in my area take bids in the winter time. A lot of them will want to know what kind of equipment you have. If you just have one w/b it might be difficult to land any contracts. Also, make sure you have adequate insurance and be able to provide proof. They also prefer companies that offer a complete service such as applications, snow removal, landscaping, etc. Good luck.
