Blades for my Bobcat 48" w/b
I got my 48" Bobcat w/b. Just to get the hang of it and get some practice, I used it on my front lawn yesterday. In general, it cut well, but I think it could be a little better. The blades need sharpened, so I'll do that tonight. Right now, I'm mowing roughly 7" wet grass on the lawns I'm doing since we've had all this rain. What blades would you recommend for this particular machine? It has Gator blades on it now. I've read lots of threads on here and did a search, but didn't see posts from anyone with a Bobcat. Would you go with a single hi-lift or a Gator hi-lift mulching blade or some double combination - I saw lots of posts about a hi-lift on bottom with a Gator on top? I'd rather not do much double cutting if possible.

You got it right. High lifts on bottom with the Gators on top. No need to double cut in most situations with that set up. Bobcat is a great mower! You'll love it.
Good Luck.
