I wanted to get some input on what would be a good program for myself being a new home owner and looking to only do my lawn.

In the fall I aerated my lawn, over seeded it with blue grass, and put down 16/16/16.

I am getting ready to have my lawn tested to see how much lime I need to get it where it needs to be.

The yard is not in the best shape because the house sat empty for a few years. Here is what I was thinking about doing.

March: Lime, preemergent (what kind?) and fert. (What %?)
April: Fertilizer
June: Fertilizer
July: Fertilizer, Grub?
Sept: Fertilizer
Oct: Fertilizer

Any input would be great.
