Tall Fescue Maintenance and fertilizer schedule

I reseeded my own personal lawn with fescue last fall, i am in Oklahoma.

Mine is not nearly as green (yet) as my competitors are. Mine is not growing much yet and is not nearly as green.

Any good schedules i can follow?

Should i be putting down anything yet? ie iron, or nitrogen yet??

I seeded a bunch of TTTF last fall in Ohio and found it germinated great but it didn't grow much at all. (heavy shade). Still have great color in those lawns but they stopped growing because of the cold pretty early. I am new to TTTF but from what I know it is really susceptible to brown patch so mid summer fert apps are not recommended if you have high humidity. I also have been cautioned to reduce the overall N apps/season to about 2-3 lbs.
