Yes, but that wasn't his angle. He said it to make a point I better have a low price. He was shocked when I told him I wasn't interested. I told him if the other guys come out and have no lis. Insurance or look like they might rob him later to call me back. But I was glad he showed his hand and I didn't waste my time.

I like your style; It can be done cheaply or correctly!

It's wise to turn down business you can't do properly at the price. The customer will always be a PIA.
