So I been thinking about switching it up, excavating to more lawn equip...

So I bought my skid steer cash, its paid for its self a few times and sits more than is used but I am not really concerned about that because I'm not making a payment or anything.

Ive been thinking about switching it out with a full lawn care rig and trying to pick up more lawn accounts to help keep the money more steady, I can always rent a skid steer if needed.

I don't have enough work to keep either 100% busy however I think I could make a fuller season by switching it out if this even makes sense.

Anyone have any input? I just cant bring myself to it at least not yet.
