Weird soil mounds in grass...pics

Last year I ended up having moles and these weird looking mounds. They are all over my yard...you can't go 12 inches in any direction without seeing another one. I have no idea what they are or how to prevent them.

Please help...

Thanks!!!

I don't think it's earthworms. Could it be mole crickets?

Worm poo looks like cylindrical shaped pieces of dirt in a mount. My mounds are spherical shaped things of dirt in a mound. I really don' think its worm poo.

Do mole crickets make mounds like what’s in my pics? Thanks!

Bee's. There was a thread about them the other day. I've had them in my yard.

Worms, I live in Columbia, and this year my yard has been covered with them, go out at night or when raining and you will catch a few of them making the piles...I wouldn't worry with it.
