Sounds simple. A good heavy equip mechanic could prob diagnose and fix. Sounds like a solenoid or o-ring on a check valve or even a clogged filter on a check valve.

Most of the ASV people are still at the factory. Terex still uses the ASV factory to build the track loaders. They are very knowledgeable and love to help. They have solved my problems anytime I have called.
