R.A.P. driveways

Wondering if anyone knew if it was a good idea to sealcoat a R.A.P. driveway. Thanks

I think you can it's the same material. I will have to give my brother a call he has been paving for 30 years and recycling is big money for him.

are you talking about millings? If so I would not seal it. it will not hold together.

my driveway is asphalt millings and at the end of the season if i got a few gallons left over i spray my driveway with it and it does help hold it together for the winter

i won't deny that it helps your drive, but would you sell that to a customer? i wouldnt. i also seal my millings with left over sealer.

I found out last year my son did spray part of a milling drive extension. He was doing a residential drive and the owner asked him if he would spray that new part and he did. We went over to look at it this past weekend because I never did anything like it before. Well it look good still and the home owner was happy with it and want us to top off again this year. It didn't match the drive because of the texture but it look better than a gray extension. And it felt as hard as black top. To the guys that have sprayed it already how did it hold up to snow removal?
