Echelon Granular

Is anyone using the granular form of echelon for the pre emergent control of kyllinga and nutsedge and what kind of results have you obtained ? John Deere Landscapes rep. pitched this to me as a option for second round applications for lawns with sedge problems .

Echelon is a combination of sulfentrazone and prodiamine. Kyllinga is on the label, for pre-emergence action. Let us know how it works.

echelon

It will reduce the amount of sedge and kilynga. I have used it for 3 seasons each year is noticeably better. You will still have break through in a wet lawn or wet season. The results are most noticeable when you have a property next to the one you are using it on. There is definitely less.
