where you finding good employees

I know its hard to do, but where have you found good employees. I'm going to need a trimmer guy and would like him to be able to possible take over 1-2 days a week for me if I need him too. That's not necessary though.

I've talked with my buddy who is a golf super, thought about craigslist, thinking about the Employment securities commission. Then my dad(who is the attorney for social services) said I might try there since there are many dad's who need to pay child support. It might be a good idea. I figured they would be screened by a case worker then passed on to me for questioning.
