Help ID this weed

Can someone please help me ID this weed and recommend an effective treatment? It's from a lawn in South Florida. Thanks

Without flower to help id. I'm guessing Alligator weed.
We have been fighting it the last several years. Speedzone is the only thing we have found that knocks it good.

Speed zone southern is a 3 way herbicide that has had a St Augustine Label until some one in the Tampa area over applied it in hot weather. As result Gordon's took St A. off the label as a tolerant turf. It is still labeled for turf and therefore both legal and effective weed killer on St Augustine if applied correctly.

BTW there are still a few non name brand 3 way herbicides with St A. still on the label.

Yes Speedzone Southern.
We stop applications with it when temps. get above 85 degrees high during the day. We add a little surfactant with it as well and have great results on alligator weed.
Had you applied Atrazine or Simazine to the areas in the picture? That is the effect we see after an application of either one of those products. Yellowing of the veins almost like chlorosis.
Here is a link to check out. http://plants.ifas.ufl.edu/node/33 Check out the video on the right hand side of the page. It may help you with a positive i.d.
