Missouri Application Questions

I am curious about the laws in Missouri about fertilizer application. I cannot find any information online about it.

Do I have to have a license to apply fertilizer in Missouri?

Do you have to have a license to apply granular weed killer or the Weed-n-Feed like you buy at Walmart?

Does anyone know of a website that would have this information?

I did find one other post on here saying that fertilizer only was okay as long as it didn't include any herbicides or pesticides. Is there any truth to this?

Ditto, no weed-n-feed. Only straight fertilizer without a license.
