Does anyone know of a site where i can get plans to hook up a 300 gallon spray tank with all neccesary equipement i.e. pump, motor and reel. I am going to utilize a spare open trailer I have. I am doing this so my lawn guys can use spare truck if necessary...knock on wood. It needs not to be a permanent setup. I have been combing this site literally for hours trying to find a correct forum to post this in thsi is the closest I've gotten.

Gresonclark for the pump motor and hose if you have the tank. Make sure you put a filter screen on the suction end and psi dump valve

Anyone else have pics of there enclosed trailer set up?

I am looking for pics of enclosed trailer spray/fert setups as well. I have some ideas, but looking for additional ideas on what has worked/not worked for others as well. I have a skid sprayer that I would like to be able to use in the trailer also, just not sure on how I want to mount the hose reel to get the hose outside the trailer door and not rubbing on the edges of the door when pulling at an angle. And I still want to be able to use the side door to load fert/chem/supplies in front of trailer.

YOu may need to put smooth plastic near the door edges or rollers to keep the hose from rubbing. Hannay offers a roller kit that might meet your needs. Chrome rollers so you can pull the hose at an angle.

Be alert for the problems of engine exhaust and excess heat buld up in the trailer.

What are you doing to power the pump?

The pump on the skid is powered by a gas engine. The pump for the nurse tank is powered by an electric pump, that is connected to a marine battery. Which is connected to the trailer wiring to truck plug to charge the battery when running.
