Android app for routing and payments

Does anyone know of a free android app for scheduling with gps routing and payments. These new Android tablets for $160 are cool with GPS and all. I just got one today.

There is a program for $200 called Billing Buddy www.mybillingbuddy.com/ but I want something FREE. :-) I just started and only have 12 accounts so far and don't have the money to waste just yet. Any ideas? I'm still catching up on expensive metal leak proof sealed gas cans and repairs to a used Dixie Chopper with 800 hours I just got. Plus trailer tires and such. $$$$
