That didn't take long. Exactly what happened. A chunk of wood got pushed up into the pan. $1200 for the pan, $285 to overnight it and a day and a half down. We replaced the pan in the customers yard. Thing is just cast aluminum if it was steel I think it may have survived.

if it was steel it would have bent, probably blocked the pickup and spun a few bearings
