Any body from these states? If so, any secrets on a place to buy an enclosed trailer cheap?

I live in Rhode Island but as far as cheap trailers go that's a tough question. Have you looked at Wright, BTT , or E-Z Dumper of R.I.. I got mine open landscape at BTT in Swansea mass.

a friend of mine makes a trip to Connecticut to purchase his trailers. The business he uses is Lindburger trailer and is supposedly much cheaper.

That would be E-Z Dumper of Rhode Island. I got my dump insert installed their a couple of weeks ago and they have a bunch of trailers including enclosed ones.

I'm curious, how is the lawn maintenance biz up there? My impressions are that:

a) the mowing season is relatively short vs. here in the south
b) With relatively high home costs and standard of living there is a decent amount of business
c) with less immigration reaching the area there is a shortage of workers
d) rates are higher than elsewhere due to the above

Am I correct?

we still get in 26-32 cuts so most people have other jobs for the winters.

there is plenty of work, because most people around here were silverspoon fed and won't do that "laborers job"

There are plenty of hombres around here, quite a few in the landscaping business and tons in the rock wall building business.

Yah, there's plenty of people with too much money on their hands.

You're correct if you're thinking of fairfield county, CT. Personally i hate almost ever person in my town, but i'll be running my business here for the forseeable future due to the fact that there isn't another area as large as this one that has so many people that won't do actual work, and they'll pay good money to have it done for them so they can drive the BMW to the country club.
