Left over asphalt sealer

What do I do with left over driveway sealer to dispose of it? Also when you use all of the sealer in the tank but there is a little left over to flush out where does the waste water go. By the way I have called the waste management in my area and it costs about double to get rid of it as it does to buy it...thanks in advance

If you can't find a legitimate use for the left over sealer, like saving it and mixing it with a new batch, you are supposed to put it (and the rinse water) in drums and pay to have it properly disposed of. But you already found that out.
